I am Dr. Gunardi Irawan, a board-certified specialist in Internal Medicine and Obesity Medicine, dedicated to providing comprehensive, compassionate, and evidence-based care to my patients. My Background & Training
I completed my medical education in Germany at RWTH Aachen University, followed by internal medicine residency training in Framingham, MA, at Tufts Medical Center/Metrowest Medical Center, where I also served as Chief Resident.
After residency, I spent several years as an attending physician at UMass Memorial Health, where I was also a Clinical Assistant Professor at UMass Medical School. My deep connection to the region and its community drives my commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-focused care.
Beyond Medicine
Outside of my practice, I enjoy weightlifting, spending time with my two daughters, and hiking,
which I find both relaxing and restorative.

As a key member of Dr. Irawan’s care team at Charles River Medical Associates, I partner with patients to create personalized, sustainable nutrition plans that support weight loss, diabetes management, and overall wellness.
